Analyze, manage, and evaluate your experimental data easily with Enzyme Kinetics. Enter data (max 300 data points)
from the keyboard, import a text file or direct from Beckman DU600 and DU7000 spectrophotometers.
EnzymeKinetics' graphic displays make it easy to spot and remove outliers, edit errors, and visually check for conformity
to Michaelis-Menten kinetics.
- Plots Inhibition constants Ki and Kii .
- Transforms raw data into specific activities by conversion from radioactivity counts, optical measurements, fluorescence
or by using a multiplier.
- Calculates Michaelis-Menten kinetic parameters and Kcat using least-square fitting after Lineweaver-Burk, Eadie-Hofstee,
Hanes-Woolf or Johansen-Lumry calculation; Direct Linear Plot; or iterative robust nonlinear regression.
- Computes Ki and Kii by plotting according to the method of Dixon.
Computed results can be displayed in tabular form or graphed. Presentation quality graphs may be superimposed or
edited.
