Furthermore, in the ever-changing world of computer hardware and software, technology is advancing at an astonishing rate. It is more important than ever to keep current in order to maximise your risk and decision analysis benefits.

Keeping It Simple
That's why you should consider a Maintenance Plan to go along with your software purchase. Palisade Maintenance Plans are designed to cover you should you require help operating the software or resolving errors. And, Maintenance keeps you up-to-date with the latest software releases - automatically. You can even set up your Maintenance Plan to renew itself every year with no action on your part. Simply wait for the invoice to arrive. With Palisade Maintenance, owning the software is as easy as buying it.

Palisade Maintenance Plans include:
Free Technical Support for 12 months via hotline or e-mail. Technical Support is available for software installation, resolving software errors, assisting with software operation, and limited model de-bugging. Technical Support is not designed for building spreadsheet models from scratch, extensive model de-bugging, or software training. These services may be obtained from our Training and Consulting department.
Unlimited number of incidents for 12 months.
Guaranteed 24 hour or next business day Technical Support response time.
Free software maintenance updates, such as bug fixes or minor product enhancements.
Free automatic full version upgrades for 12 months. Any new major releases of the covered software will automatically be sent at no charge.
May be automatically renewed and billed every 12 months to ensure support never lapses.

Per Incident Support
With every purchase, 30 days of technical support are automatically included free of charge. If you choose not to opt for a Maintenance Plan, you can always get technical support on a Per-Incident basis. If a new software version is released, you may be required to pay the upgrade fee in order to receive the new version.
Technical Support via hotline or email at AUD $60 (including GST) per incident (AUD $250 for Developer's Kits). Technical Support is available for software installation, resolving software errors, assisting with software operation, and limited model de-bugging. Technical Support is not designed for building spreadsheet models from scratch, extensive model de-bugging, or software training.
