Cancellation Policy
If
cancelled 25 business days or more prior to the start of the first day of the
training class, no cancellation fee will be applied and a 100% refund is given.
If
cancelled within 25 business days prior to the start of the first day of the
training class, the registration fee can be applied to another seminar within
12 months of your registration, or the money can be applied to a software purchase.
However, payment will not be refunded.
Palisade
reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars.
