Question 16: I am running OSX (10.2.x) with EndNote 6.0, and when I try to open an EndNote library the program crashes. Are there compatibility issues? Is there a patch available?

Answer: EndNote 6.0 is compatible with OS10.1.5 but not with OS10.2.x (a.k.a. Jaguar). But the free EndNote 6.0.2 Updater (available here) will fix this. Also note that EndNote 7 is fully compatible with OS10.1.5 ?10.2.x.
