"EndNote does all that, but it goes far beyond a mere editing tool. It will do Web searches and build databases with 32,000 references per Library and no limit to the number of Libraries: you can have one or more Libraries for each project. There are tons of such features, they all work, and EndNote has been around long enough to have become the standard with which all other such programs are compared. I haven't found a better one, and I see a lot of these tools. I'm pleased to say that I have no problem repeating my opening statement. If you need this kind of program, you need EndNote bad.
