IRT: BILOG-MG, MULTILOG, PARSCALE, and TESTFACT
Item Response Theory 프로그램 (BILOG-MG, MULTILOG, PARSCALE, TESTFACT)은 사용 용도에 따라 Academic (연구용 및 교육용), Commercial용 및 Production 용의 세가지로 구별됩니다. 따라서 대학 교수의 경우에도 Production 라이센스를 취득해야 하는 경우도 있습니다.
Academic과 Non-Academic의 구분은 사용자의 소속 기관으로 구분하지 않습니다.
예를 들어 대학 교수가 프로그램을 이용하여 자신이나 제3자에게 개발, calibration, scoring 하는 경우에는 모두 상업용 라이센스가 필요합니다. (An example of commercial use is a professional organization that develops, calibrates, and scores licensing exams for their membership or for other in-house assessments. An example of production use is an organization that contracts with third parties to do test development and test scoring, which is generally done for a fee. Another example of non-academic use is the development and maintenance of item banks and scoring of subjects in a production environment, whether that is for internal use or for third parties.)
따라서 프로그램의 사용 목적, 총 사용자 수, OS, 특별한 요구 등에 관해서 SSI와 사전에 협약을 하여야 합니다. 기업과 함께 협력하는 업무를 수행하여야하는 경우에는 기업도 라이센스를 취득하여야 합니다.
순수 연구용이나 교육용 Academic 라이센스가 필요한 경우에는 미리 그러한 의사를 밝히셔야 합니다. 보다 자세한 사항은 문의 바랍니다.
