Basic examples

LISREL for Windows can be used to fit measurement models, structural equation models, multilevel models and generalized linear models to simple random sample or complex survey data. A basic illustrative example of each of these models for continuous simple random sample data, continuous complex survey data and ordinal simple random sample data is provided below. Any of these examples is accessed by clicking on the appropriate link.

LISREL can also be used to perform several other statistical analyses such as censored regression, exploratory factory analysis (EFA), formal inference-based recursive modeling (FIRM), etc. Illustrative examples of these analyses are available in our web-help document.
