In a sequence of notes to appear, Karl Joreskog will discuss how one can analyze ordinal variables with PRELIS
and LISREL. Some of the features for analyzing ordinal data have been available in previous versions of PRELIS
and LISREL, but were never properly explained and illustrated. Other features are new to PRELIS 2.50 and LISREL
8.50 (currently only available for MS Windows platforms).
In this note Karl describes how one can use PRELIS for data screening and treatment of missing values. This
