Information for EViews 1.1 for Macintosh
Downloading the final version of EViews 1.1 for Macintosh will ensure that you have the version
of EViews that incorporates all of the final improvements and bug fixes for the release.
Before you make the final decision to download the latest version, you should bear in mind that the
downloadable executable will only work if you have already installed EViews 1.1 on your Macintosh.
You will need to process a BinHex (.HQX) file and to unstuff the resulting StuffIt (.SIT) archive. Tools for
processing these files may be downloaded through links provided in the Mac file tools download
area.
After processing the file, you will have the Mac executable. If you do not wish to overwrite your original Mac
EViews, be certain to unstuff the archive into a new directory.
